Please allow 10-14 business days to receive your order. Although we strive to minimize delays, please understand that orders may take longer than usual to arrive due to challenges resulting from COVID-19.
We offer free shipping and returns on orders over $100 within the continental U.S. All delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
Refund/Exchange Policy
Beloved Hero does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind as most garments go into production at the time of order.
In the event that we allow a refund for a canceled order, please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Beloved Hero is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. Beloved Hero is also not responsible for lost/stolen packages that are delivered to requested destination. All risks associated are assumed by the mail courier.
